About Us
John Braverman, President and CEO of Go Elite Car, is a native of the West Hartford area. John was educated at the HOSTA hotel and restaurant school in Leysin, Switzerland. He has lived in both Paris and Hong Kong, and currently resides in West Hartford.
John served for a decade as Senior VP in a Connecticut-based manufacturing business, with responsibilities in sales, marketing and operations.
After the sale of that business, John founded Go Elite Car, with a clear objective of creating a company with a true passion for service. “We wanted to create an exceptional chauffeured car company that makes you feel like you are doing business with one of the leading hotels of the world. From the way that we answer the phone to our chauffeurs and accounting staff, we want to create a memorable experience for our guests.”
John understands that the car is only part of the Go Elite Experience. “We are going to pick you up in the most desirable vehicle available. But what you will remember long after the car is the care and professionalism of our team.”
Captain Carl Schultz, Vice President of Go Elite Car retired from the Connecticut State Police Department in July 2009 after a 30 year law enforcement career. Mr. Schultz held the rank of Captain. While a member of the Connecticut State Police he held a variety of positions including both patrol and investigative functions. He served as the Commanding Officer of Troop K in Colchester, the Connecticut State Police Training Academy and the Central District Major Crime Squad. His last assignment was as the Executive Officer of the Internal Affairs Unit He has a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Management. Mr. Schultz is also a graduate of the 211st Session of the FBI National Academy. Among his interests are reading and leading an active lifestyle including running and cycling. He is a fitness enthusiast and has completed 17 marathons and is a 5 time finisher at the Boston marathon.
